Give us 48 business hours, and then you’ll receive a unique invite link to your brand new Squarespace template!

During this time, you’ll have also received a link to a library of video tutorials, walking you through a Squarespace website from start to finish.

Once you click the link in your email invitation, the template will be loaded into your Squarespace account as a brand new website with a 6-month free trial, giving you tonnes of time to get your website just right before going live.

Once you’re happy with your site, simply follow the tutorials to connect your domain and publish your shiny new website!

If you already have a Squarespace website, purchasing a new template from us means you’ll have two separate websites in your Squarespace account. These websites will appear independently in your Squarespace dashboard and won’t share any content or settings.

To move your existing content to the new template, you’ll need to manually transfer it over. If you have a lot of blog posts, we can assist with transferring them as part of our Template Installation services or extra Hourly Support.

You’ll also need to link your domain to the new website and set up a new Squarespace subscription for the template.

If you have time left on your current subscription, Squarespace support can usually provide a prorated refund if you explain that you’re moving to a new website.

Prefer to use the template on your existing site instead? We offer an installation service where I’ll add the template’s pages to the Not Linked section of your current website. This way, your domain and subscription remain unchanged, and you can switch to the new pages when you’re ready. Note that the installation doesn’t include customisation, so you’ll need to update the placeholder text and images yourself.
