Give us 48 business hours, and then you’ll receive a unique invite link to your brand new Squarespace template!

During this time, you’ll have also received a link to a library of video tutorials, walking you through a Squarespace website from start to finish.

Once you click the link in your email invitation, the template will be loaded into your Squarespace account as a brand new website with a 6-month free trial, giving you tonnes of time to get your website just right before going live.

Once you’re happy with your site, simply follow the tutorials to connect your domain and publish your shiny new website!

If you already have a Squarespace website, purchasing a new template from us means you’ll have two separate websites in your Squarespace account. These websites will appear independently in your Squarespace dashboard and won’t share any content or settings.

To move your existing content to the new template, you’ll need to manually transfer it over. If you have a lot of blog posts, we can assist with transferring them as part of our Template Installation services or extra Hourly Support.

You’ll also need to link your domain to the new website and set up a new Squarespace subscription for the template.

If you have time left on your current subscription, Squarespace support can usually provide a prorated refund if you explain that you’re moving to a new website.

Prefer to use the template on your existing site instead? We offer an installation service where I’ll add the template’s pages to the Not Linked section of your current website. This way, your domain and subscription remain unchanged, and you can switch to the new pages when you’re ready. Note that the installation doesn’t include customisation, so you’ll need to update the placeholder text and images yourself.

If you already have a website and purchase a new Squarespace template, you’ll need to manually transfer your existing content to the new template.

This usually involves copying and pasting text, re-uploading images, and organizing everything in the new design. While it’s straightforward, it can take time if your current site has a lot of content.

When you’re ready to launch your new website, we’ll guide you through transferring your domain and Squarespace subscription as part of the template resources provided.

If you’d rather not move content between sites or prefer to keep everything within your current Squarespace website, our installation service is a great option. We’ll add the new template pages to your existing site so you can make the transition with ease.

For larger projects, like transferring blog posts or shop items, we also offer additional support to handle the migration for you.

You can customise every aspect of the template, including fonts, colours, layouts, images, and text.

You can also rearrange sections, add or remove blocks, and make the site truly your own.

Absolutely! Our templates are designed to be fully customisable. You can easily update the fonts, colours, and overall style to match your branding using Squarespace’s design tools.

If you’ve never used Squarespace before, don’t worry! Our extensive library of tutorials will show you how to do just this.

You’ll need an active Squarespace subscription to publish your website without a password.

Depending on your needs, you may also need to purchase a domain name if you don’t already have one, or additional premium plugins if you’d like to add them.

These are optional extras that are not needed to have a beautiful website and not included in the template price.

Our templates are designed to be user-friendly, so you can make changes directly in Squarespace’s drag-and-drop editor.

If you’d like to add custom code, you can, but it’s entirely optional.
